An easy solution would be to paint them in white and black nuances and throw this map to the bump channel.
If you want to animate wrinkles when your character smiles for example you can paint several bump maps and do a morphing.

I know that the bump map will make the look but i'm asking how can i draw them ? When i try it doesn't look real. If it comes to game textures liki Unreal Tournament there is no problem, but realistic tex are something else. If you can post some colour textures and some bump it will be great. There are a lot of people in my situation

Dig around in the forum below, plenty of great examples, including the two links in this particular thread.

you should have it painted on the colour map as well.

Nice tutoral some great stuff there, to bad it doesn't really address this issue. You should only build large geographic wrinkles and bulges, the rest should be done in texture, and renderinging.
You need a wacom tablet for this job.
I've seen this problem before, usually its best tackled with real photos. Be sure to think of other things than just wrinkles, you can use other things in nature to simulate them.
Also I find that minute things like this are sometimes best done at huge resolutions and then scaled down, that way you can get the tiny details that you want and then retain them for the most part in your final texter.
Good Luck:)
