maybe this isnt clear, i have a layered shader with a blinn that has a cloth texture, and a lambert that has a tiff file, with the word FLOUR on it, mapped with a planar projection on the front of the sack. But it also shows up backwards on the other side. this could be avoided with a cylindrical projection but it doesnt look right. This is a totally simple question but I'm new to maya's texturing, in max its a click to get rid of it.

I'm not positive on this as I'm still learning texturing in maya, but turn off tiling.

Make it a 1/4 cylinder and then try flattening it out so you dont have any distortion.
