Hi,
I'm trying to write a script that can tell where I've left mouse clicked on the panel I'm currently focused on. Basically I have a plugin which returns the mouse position on the screen but I need to know the position, width and height of the panel to find out where I've clicked in relation to the scene.

what version of maya do you have. i have a plugin that returns the x y of the mouse postion on screen but it is compiled for both maya 7 and maya 8 only.

shoot me an email and I will send the right one for the version to you or both if you want both.
