There isn't really anything to crit except that while he looks like an old man, he just has that attitude of a younger man.

Since this is the 3d version, I'd say that he could use a good many more wrinkles around his mouth and eye area, and his adam's apple looks to small and hard, but I can see where this is going to be a great model. :D keep it up

Yo, Andy I know this is a realy early work so excuse me if you already noticed this but judging from your concept I think the nose needs to sland down more instead of sticking stright out. The umbrella will offer some interesting rigging possibilities. I can't wait to see more.
