can do that with GI and raytraced materials on a sphere
thats all it is or HDRI(not sure if brazil has it though..you would ahve to check)
read brazil manual or help files for info on how to use it
i use final render so i cant really go into detail about brazil

to get that effect.. model 3 sheres using the sphere tool... tweak with epoly if they arn't round... and be sure to add 3 mesh smooths... then create a plane... then assign it one of 4 textures including white, red, yellow, blue... then you'll half to setup special 1337 lighting and use and ubber cool render engine to make it look all GI realistic, then you gotta bring it into photoshop and add noise so people won't think its 3d... then if they think its 3d, you can say... but look at the noize in the "photo"
:p just had to say all that :p
The brazil manual is your best bet. They have tons of info that you should go though and understand before asking people for settings.
then go : http://neilblevins.com/cg_education/cg_education.htm
and under the brazil section check out some of Neil's settings to see how they affect the render...
Sorry no magic button... err wait... i guess GI is a magic button... I think what u are looking for is a "I'm too lazy to RTFM and I want a button to make ubber cool GI renderings of my spheres" button :p
happy GIing

u got a tut or vid for the noize technique?!?1!?1
all you do is make a the spheres and a plane under, then make some white planes to the left of the balls or whatever that looks like a window.
for the material put a falloff in the reflection slot and set it to fresnel
then add a skylight or whatever and render
