View Full Version : trouble baking AO to texture

Hello. i am trying to bake my AO pass unto the texture under polygons>colours>batch bake (mental ray)>options, in Maya 8. the colour mode is Light and Colour. When i go to convert i get the following error:

I don't follow what this means. Anyone translate/tell me what im doing wrong?

Lighting and shading > batch bake mental ray
open the option box
use bake over ride to get to the option and choose occlusion
