I think there's a plugin that can help you, but I forget who makes it.. www.toolfarm.com (http://www.toolfarm.com) has a pretty complete list of available AE plugins... I think it might be by digital anarchy or canoa..

hello every body . .
i want to know how to give my 3d layer bend or extrude or another modifiers i`m just know how to rotate or scale . . . etc just that i need to know how to give bend or extrude . to make my work powerfull with 3d animation .

You cannot extrude pixels, can you? ;O) As for the rest - use Digital Anarchy's 3DLayer. It's pretty much the only plugin that will give you some 3D-ishness without much fiddling. If you need simple geometric primitives, Conoa may be worth a try. And then of course there's always still Invigorator for 3D text and other stuff.
