Interesting. I've seen several Flash-tech-looking TV ads and about half are decent looking and the other half are visually overbearing and aesthetically annoying (and they reek of incompetent procedural implementation). Seems to be the same with Flash heavy web sites; some are awesome and others are visual-train-wrecks and usage nightmares.
