New Idea.
There will be foresty things (brush and rocks) on the tail and more places added to the concept for the hero to climb up, but the back will provide the easiest way up. Weakspot will be added, but more than likely on the skull.

.....and here the starter, I am just blocking in the details to get a feel for the overall model, the horns need to be reduced and the torso needs some more sculpting, but that is why it is a WIP.

only 24K tris - still lots o' room for detailing....

the head and chest looks good. The tail need more work. Try dd more deatail on hands. Will you normalmap it and then add a detail color map or make enviro-like textures, what means all maps for same maping chanel. Also you may show us the wire :)

Here is the wire - I am definitely open to any suggestions with the tail. My original idea was to have the tail coated with dead trees and boulders, but the triCount sky rocketed due to the lowpoly trees.
