View Full Version : Schools, universitys and classes!
As for now Im gathering a pile of money to fullfill my dream next year. I'm planning to go wherever in the world to learn more about modelling/animation/lightning/texturing of course not all of them at the same time :p
My question goes to all of you out there who had any serious education in 3d, where did you study? England looks good so far so if you guys could help me out with names of different places it would be appreciated!
Thx in advance!

You could also check out SCAD. (Savannah College of art and design) and New York University. Both have great programs for 3d. I am currently looking into NYU for the masters program and the department is definitely solid.

you gotta send your official application there....that s how it works here.... there r quite a loot of traditional& 3d animation courses.....most recognised are bournemouth (xsi?) , teesside (xsi & max) and some others which I only headr about....just check ucas and the uni websites....
I m in teesside.....but lemme tell you, the uni s allright....but the town sucks bigtime.....high criminality & highest drug problem in the uk supposedly.....

i don't think i'd take too much consideration into the opinion of a stranger's friend. you wouldn't really have a basis as to how well the school is.
