Print design work with after effects??

Can you do print design work in after affects??

No, not really. Since AE only works in RGB, you'd have a hard time to get anything halfway usable without completely screwy colors once it is printed.


If so how would i go about exporting images and resolution settings?

You don't. AE always internally assumes 72 dpi and you can't change that. Of course you are free to export images as large as AE can handle, but you still have to prepare and tweak them in PS or other tools for printing.
