CGTalk - MoCap Learning?

I have been in the 3d industry for a while but I have no mocap experience other the using BIP files with Max.

How or where can I learn about MoCap using Maya or Lightwave... is there a class or something. Everytime I find stuff about MoCap its using MAX and Character Studio.
