It's alittle different from a walk to do a run.

1. Make your downposition first, at key 0, were one leg is pressed down by the body, and the other leg in air, on the side, 45 degree bent.
2. Make your up position in the middle key 6, were the leg that was in the ground is back and up in the air, and the other is in the front, going down. (still in the air with the whole figure )
First runstep is on 0 -> 12, and the second leg is 12 -> 24, then loop.
3. Make the same procedure for the other step, so you got key 0 down - 6 up - 12 down - 18 up and 24 down (at 30 fps)
4. Add inbetweens for the movement so it works at 3 - 9 - 15 and 21.

I doubt that will help you that much in textform, so I'd suggest you buy 'The animators survival kit' instead.

Cheers.

Erik
