Help about Envelope

first of all, you have to select the object, and then <set envelope>, then pick the bone.

check your object's cluster, and delete any existing envelope cluster,
also try to select your object, before you asign it an envelope, and from the <envelope>
menu, select : <Set Reference Poses>, then try again to set the envelope and pick the bones.

I have checked all Cluster and set Reference pose but when i Set Envelope the Polygon still have scale and move ...
