level up the quality in the render region i think it may work

I dont mean about the quality of the result but if you see the geometry is not continues...looks like the focal lenght is different on the left side which is not rendered.

Is that a shot of a preview window or a render region window ?
Things like this happen all the time in the preview window, because the resolution setting in there tends to jump around for no reason. Seems to be a bug.

yes it is the preview window...i have noticed that several times as you say this happens all the time :)

do you have the viewport zoomed in for a roto or a windowed zoom?
if that's the case then turn it off (lens icon in the viewport)
if it's not the case, do you have any lens shaders on?
Pixel ratio?

Yes, as Jaco says, I reckon it's your pixel ratio. Go into your render camera settings and make sure the ratio is 1.0.

picture and pixel ration is 1 and resolution 700x700...:)
