View Full Version : i need help
denil 11-03-2006, 06:56 AM i just rendered a 100frames animation at 24fps and imported the files into adobe after effects. the clip size should be about 4.2sec but then its showing only 3.1sec. i can't seem to figure out why its doing that. when i run fcheck and see the time, there it shows the proper time. why is it not showin in after effects?

check your footage interpretation and comp, I guess?
Might have some discrepancy! The easiest way of getting the right amount of frames at the right fps is to check your "Interpret Footage" (right click on the footage) first and see if it comes in with the proper fps settings.
THEN just drag and drop it onto the little icon at the bottom of your project->window (looks like a little piece of film). This makes a comp at exactly the settings of your footage and drops it in perfectly right!

No Problem!
to solve tis problem see your composetion setting (( ctrl + k )) and see your frame rate .
