I like it , the body has a nice shape to it, he seems like a grandpa shark that's losing all his teeth. ;)
Keep up the good work!

Look pretty good
The teeth and gums look a bit to geometrical and perfect, and usually there are layers of teeth and stuff, not a perfect spaced scheme. Also, it looks like he's wrinkled. But keep up the good work!
P.S. Could you say which shark tutorial you used? (link?) thanks
You did a nice job with the proportions, however the texture map kind of ruins it. The bump map is a little strong for a shark and the color map seems really flat and stretched towards the nose. I assume you didn't model the eyes or gills. If you are up to it, add these, esp. the eyes. And the inside of the mouth should not be grey.

Ya, I know the teeth are far from perfect. As far as the wrinkles, that is probably because I have no idea how to texture something.
I basically just textured the shark with the same method described in the space ship tut included with max. Then instead of identifying where an actual bump map was needed (gills n' such), I applied the same texture as a bump map and presto, a semi decent shark. hehehe
