"On" a person or "Of" a person? I think you need to describe what you want a little more. I can't tell if you want an image to be projected onto a person or if you want a "StarWars" like hollographic projection of a person.

It all depends what your after, if you just want a image to be projected straight on to the person, without taking in to account the 3 dimensional aspect of the person distorting the projection, yes that´s doable. But you have to key or roto out the person in question from the backgroud first.

If you want the projection to be distorted your best shot is to use a real projector and tape the thing with a videocamera.
