Camera from AE to C4D

There was a thread on this just recently so apologies if this is already known, but I found this and thought it might be a useful solution to get camera data out of AE and into C4D.

It's an interesting tutorial, but it doesn't deal with exporting the camera data from AE to C4D, just positional info. An easy solution to export a matching camera is what most people are after.
