:) hi, first post here. this is a modelling exercice based on a single illustration from Samura(blade of the immortal). so here are some explanations : i modelled anotsu's body in neutral pose. after skinning he took the "dynamic" pose and then i freezed it. Then i began to model the clothes "in place". so this is a "statue", there will be no texture. i tried to recreate the movement, thx to the clothes... so what do you think about it? and of course sorry for my english... hehe :hmm:
sorry for the quality it 's the best i can have with 20Ko...

Well the modeling is very well done, guess you know that...
The pose and the clothes, too are very well done, but they don't really fit together, I think :hmm:
The clothes look like the man was just (at very high speed) falling from the upper right to the lower left (of the picture), while he himself looks like he's just about to jump to the upper right corner. That, doesn't really fit in my opinion

Maybe you could post another view? Maybe it's the perspective that I don't really understand

Greetings,
XerC

u're right, the view is not very clear... i will post another view on monday because this is school work and i don't have the files at home. for the movement anotsu just goes back, from the right to the left, after hitting the ennemy... and it's difficult to understand the way i positionned the camera... i will post again... thx very much. what u told me is very important. i worked to much on the details of this picture. i didn't notice that the whole picture was not understandable... hehehe thank u again and sorry for my english...
