What Happened??? The forums lost some messages

apperantly, the admins were updating some scripts to improve the server performance, but there was a bug in one of them which buggered the intergrity of the database, so they reverted to a backup and it's all good now ;)

Interestingly enough, I recall a lost thread from a few days ago...

The one about Apple releasing 'new' (speedbumped) PowerMacs...

Several postings there, mostly comments from the PC crowd on how Macs sucked... But not as bad as usual...

Until, of course, a post arose from someone who appeared to be a Mod (don't remember the name, but it started with an 'M'), and had a post count of one (1)! Must have JUST been made a Mod, and had a new account to go with it...

Anyway, this joker proceeded to say what crap the Mac was...

I posted after him, calling him out on the improper conduct (I don't think Mods are supposed to go in for platform wars), and pointed out a few errors in his statements about Macs in general...

Oddly enough, the ENTIRE THREAD was GONE the next day, like it had never existed...!

If you have an issue with a mod, kindly bring it up with me rather than publicly bash them. Mods are people too, and are entitled to their opinions.
