I know that with network rendering in Max 5 there is the Priority thingy which (correct me if im wrong) organises the jobs in order of which should be rendered first.
I want to beable to specify how much cpu power to use constantly, to use, say 60% of the processing power without any other programs open. I want to do this as im rendering on a laptop which likes to heat up ALOT. If i was to have the processor going at 100% for days on end then it may just overheat and blow the motherboard like happed with my old laptop.
I dont want this again :) obviously
so is there a way to make this work?
