Capturing photoshop workflow on video

A screen capture program you can use is Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp?CMP=KgoogleCStm) - you can get a free trial version. You also might want to check with Bobby Chiu to see the process he used for recording / editing his videos.

You can edit right in Camtasia, it's very easy.
