shadow color

can i change color of shadows casted by lights on 3d layers?
or all i can do is to change theirs "intensity"(Shadow Darkness)?

No, unfortunately you can't change the shadow color. However, if you use light transmission on your layer, it wil linherit colors. Of course you can always use a duplicate of your comp, tint your layers white and extract all shadows by using e.g. Multiply blendmode or unmultiplying plugins such as Knoll Unmult or XMult. This will give you a chance to tint them.
