this is a speed paint of a dark general and it is my 2nd ever concept painting C&C on how to improve would be grateful

pretty cool. i think most importantly, to me, either shift the mark on his forehead to my left and rotate it a little bit, or adjust and rotate the face so that the middle of the nose is under the mark on his forehead. i think the upper lip needs to be defined a bit more too. good luck!
