There seems to be a running trend of direct3D driven viewports with max users, as openGL seems to crash the application/system far more often.
Is this a hardware issue, or do you think there are inherent problems with the openGL architecture in max itself?
I've used openGL for some time and had frequent crashes and freezes. Ever since I moved to direct3d there hasn't been a problem.:shrug:
