this is a better one in my opinion as it covers V2.5 of BodyPaint and i quote:

"UPDATE OCTOBER 2006 - MAXON has released BodyPaint 3. A free DVD update will be available to download later in 2006. Covered: LSCM unwrapping, Freeze 3D view, Line up and unstitch UV tools etc."

If you are unsure check it out as there is some downloadable stuff there that explains each chapter and what tools are covered.

Indeed: Kiwi is the way to go. You're really looking over the shoulder of him using Bodypaint. Even making deliberate mistakes and giving solutions.
Great teacher he is.

Thanks for the vote of confidence folks :)

Gotta say the new LSCM unwrapping is very cool and will will make UV mapping much quicker than before for organic type objects like characters.

Can't say I've tried the other one mentioned, but I did Kiwi's dvd and it was all I needed. I started at zero (Scratching my head, feeling stupid) and in no time new how to use this fantastic tool with Kiwi's DVD.
