added some color. This is going to stay 2D,i.e. a photoshop painting, it is still applicable for the challenge ? I cannot model good enough to make this in 3D.

There's something weird about the angle and placement of his right arm. It looks like he's trying to fit his fist in his mouth. Maybe you should bring it up a bit so the knuckles rest right under the nose, it'll help define where it is a bit better. Of course, you could go with the look and make him gagging himself and vomiting about the state of things, might be an interesting angle.
