No way to fix it, as AE doesn't support DivX.

Use Make Movie, not export!

If you select Video for Windows, DIVX should be listed under format.

Even if you could find it listed, you shouldn't do this at all! The best workflow is to render to a high resolution codec like Animation or Uncompressed Quicktime, then use a third party tool to compress your high res master to DivX. This way, if you end up needing a Sorenson compressed version or need to make a DVD, you still have your high res master without having to re-render.

but sometime i have the problem. i render out a high quality clip in after effects. after the DivX, the lightness of the clip become very low. and of course, i cant import it back to the ae to adjust.

so, is there any help for that?

and wht sort of divX had u installed. codec or player? i think u will need DivX converter.
