Here's a matte I'm working on. I took a pic of the U.S.S. Wisconsin in Norfolk.
I plan to animate this shot, on the dock will be a crowd of navy sailors, and on the deck of the ship near the flag, an officer will be addressing the crowd. Also I might have some fighters fly overhead.

I think this piece looks terrific. Would you consider perhaps repainting the clouds? The top-right side of the matte looks a little unbalanced, perhaps a more elaborate cloudscape could help this? If not, I'm sure what you plan to do with the animation will still look great. This is just a subjective suggestion.

tim this is a great job totally beliavable , excelent mood and seamless integration of the elements this will certanly look awesome with some moving elements as you said , great work !
