Please enough with the "it's too clean" comments.
You don't go to some ones house and say "gee, nice house, but it's too clean."
Sheeze, architects and their clients don't want to see grunge.
I think it is a very good render and some very nice lighting and modeling.
Clean is good.

Looks great to me and i like it clean - it's new so must be clean - right ;)?
BTW only thing what's bothering me is that shadows are very bright ? Maybe you used too big value for ambient light ??

I think clean is fine but I agree it feels like some shadows are missing to really sit the furniture on the floor. Also the grey materials of the legs look a tad plain compared to the rest.
Great images nonetheless! They sell the room...

YEah Arch Viz renders need that clean look, its not an ordinary render with chaos and clutter, not the type of biz ;)
_d1 is right about the shadows

Thank you everybody for your replies and comments.
Araval: you are right, perhaps Itīs too much perfect to look like a real living room (looks like nobody live there).
KOryH: donīt fight men, all of us are fellas  . Tanks for your support.
Lewis: You are right, shadows should be darker but no ambient light in the scene.
_d1: yes, no specularity nor reflection I tried to down render times (first one took 5 hours).
lildragon: I know, I Know, the shadows (just kidding).
Thaks again!!Regards :wavey:
PD:links to other renders of the same scene.
