Can someone shed some light on this for me.
This is a straight cubic mapped object but it is rotating the texture by 90 deg's around the corner.
I have everything except selecting the face and applying a rotated text on it, This is happening on a few buildings.

No UV's on the object just cubic mapped.

Does the cube have separate sides?

Is this a brick shader or a texture map?
Why cubic--do you want bricks on the TOP of shapes? My point is that while I use cubic for 95% of my work, bricks I map planar if I have walls on a regular cartesian XY (or, in our case XZ). The extra-special trick is to orient your map to 45 degrees and enlarge the horizontal to .7071 That way you can easily deal with corner wrapping of the material and it means less mapping to allign.
But even if you think I'm nuts about that, map planar.

it is an image map, and you do not see the top or the bottom of the shape, so I can map cubic fine.

Problem solved, I had double faces and dodgy geometry, thats what happens when you rush things.
