Here is a client job. Car is a GTO pro-stock car with fictional graphics shown here. Real thing is at SEMA show 2006 right now for show with sponsors.

Hi Bo,
think that model looks fine, parts of the texture with graphics is nice, but (always that but) gray parts of the texture are not looking just right. Like they have some reflection but its not realistic.
Maybe edges of the shadow can be not so sharp. And the whole shadow can be less strong, more whiter then gray.
Also background being dark (black) makes a lot of distraction. Try to make it white like the rest of the ground so the only thing you can see is a model.

I'm don't know alot about cars....
but I think the wheels are not in the right place...
the body of the car hit the ground.....
try to get more relastic shadow....

I think the car needs to be a little higher off the ground... and the front wheels pulling back a touch. Also, the air scoop need a more visual front, it looks like it is just square. Otherwise, you have the GTP/Monaro shape down pat excellently :)
