Light is great.

I just have doubts about sofa. Maybe its edges are too sharp.

The noise on the fan looks a bit odd - and that TV is not a standard 16:9 one is it :)

I agree about the fan noise.. It looks like its being caused from your VRayMtl > Reflection > Refl. glossiness setting. Im not sure what your exact settings are, but try leaving Refl. Glossiness to 1.0 and setting the Hilight Glossiness above it to around 0.7 (play around with those settings).
