hi there,

The headline alomost explains it already....

In R 9.6 + mocca there was a new tag included: Quaternion tag, as far as I know the Quaternion tag helps to prevent any sort of gimble locks...., (It is also a feature of the discontinued bonderland...).

So I was wondering wheter this tag has moved to the standard R10 release, or is it still part of the mocca module?
Even though I havenīt worked with any sort of Quaternion tag, I think it would be handy not only for character animations, but also for any sort of controllable complictaed movements with standard objects...
Nesting everything in nulls to achieve complicated movemts just sucks!

I believe its still tucked into the MOCCA module, Allthe MOCCA 2 stuff stayed int he module, and much of the NEW CA stuff got split, some in core and some in module. Its confusing as hell, and a lot of the mocca features should be core while some core thigns could easily have been moduled)

Two biggies I think people should have in core are Quaternion tag and Auto Redraw. Do note a lot of things are also classified as CA features although they are hardly CA specific, Constraints, Quaternion Tag, Auto Redraw, Naming tool
