Uhm the SLA ones have been up for quite a while, and th eR8 ones are mostly better versions of the Tips and tricks here, hence the reason I get thanks for blabbing some nonsense and some maxon guys rewriting it all far better and more sensible, with nice screencaps.

:) not to rain on your parade, thanks for posting those for the may that may not be aware of their presence

We're working on some nice tuts that'll (hopefully) =) clear up some character and Thinking Particle questions.

Keep your eyes on the Maxon site in the next couple weeks...

Also, if anyone has anything specific that they'd like more of an explanation on, please post here or fire off and e-mail to our tech e-mail and I'll put them on the list.

just a note on TP, make sure you all download Kanine's TP for dummies files from www.imashination.com I just spent about 7 hours a few days ago trying to learn TP and they really got me going from knowing practiuacally nothing to making fairly complex effects
