CGTalk - structured well?

Okay, I have been working on this model, have lots to do to make it good >< But I was wondering if you guys think it is structured well? Heres the wireframe.
Also does anyone have a good tutorial to making car lights and tire treads?

Hi Matt! It looks fine, but it would be a good idea to put a shaded picture with visible wireframe.

What sofware are you using?

I am using 3ds max...so hard lol!
But this is my first modelling a car so I suppose I am doing alright lol I shall keep practicing :D
