If you want everything covered I suppose your best bet is Lynda - Cinema 4D R9.5 Essential Training.

for general purpose covering of everything, The lynda one would be best. 3D fluff's are extremely well made, but a little specialized per DVD, the first one shoudl be good for most users getting into cinema, its much cheaper too.

I'd also say check out cineveristy, probably the most widespread coverage, but its double what the Lynda DVD costs, but that gives you a years access, covers 9.5, 9.6 and is quickly updating to r10 (videos going up almost everyday)

And there's C4D Cafe (http://www.c4dcafe.com) as well with over 100 free video tutorials that you can download. On DVD there's my Bodypaint tutorials.

From what I've seen of the Lynda.com training, I'd put the money towards Cineversity first, combined with C4D Cafe as a primer then buy 3DFluff DVDs appropriate to your needs for more lengthy in depth tutorials.

Based on your post, I'd buy 3DFluff Vol. 1 as each topic you specified is covered. If you don't have Advanced Render though, you might hold off 3DFluff until you have it.
