View Full Version : Is R10 shipping yet?

If not, does anyone have any idea when it might ship? I Ordered it through my company, along with a couple other modules... But as of yet, I've only received the modules.

No--not shipping as far as I know (USA).

Rafi said it would be "sometime" at the end of this month.
I would expect to get an email sometime this week. I'll post when I do--unless someone else does.

I like the new interface that much that I'm having trouble working with the "old" one. So I hope it won't be too long now.

Ha! yeah, I have avoided using the demo much for that very reason.

Ordered it the day after it was announced.. hope it comes soon!

For now I'm just gonna keep it secret, keep it safe. :D

Well, MaxonUK sent out an email this week, talking about the dates:

R10 shipment date of the 27th October (this Friday) still looks fine. Maxon UK will begin shipping your pre orders as of this date. Our target is to ship all preorders by end of the month latest. So clear your schedule for 1st November for C4D R10 playtime :-))

They also have some chat about module price rises - apparently AR is increasing, along with Mocca and Sketch, by around 10%, the rest hike by 5%. Interesting...

Wow! I hope that ship date is at least nearly the same as N.America.

I'm pretty sure those price hikes already came into effect here. The 'big' modules (AR, S&T, MOCCA) went up from $495 to $525, around 8%. The others remain at $395... for now.

I think my next module will be dynamics as I can almost feel an impending update coming down the pipe sooner rather than later.
