I am having problem rendering some objects in a scene that have light glow turned on.
There are many spot lights, a few point lights and area lights, 1 ambient light in the scene
. However, these lights are usually linked to only some surfaces and objects.

the problem I have is that sometimes some objects with light glow would not have the glow effect on some frames. Or mmaybe less glow at times...so it makes the glow flicker. I have tried linking only 1 or 2 lights and that still doesn't fix it.

also, a surface of an object (that is the partent of a glow object) is glowing consistently with the glow object. Why is that?

I think I know whats wrong with the flickering.
Go into the hypershade and open the attribut editor for the shader called "shaderGlow".
Unmark the option box "Auto Exposure". :)
This may cause the glow to become intense, if this is the case try lowering the "Glow Intensity" and the "Halo Intensity".

Hope it helps!

I tried turning off the auto exposure in shaderglow before and it didn't fix the problem..however, I will try lowing the halo intensity.
