View Full Version : Normal Mapping or Bump Mapping?

Can anyone please tell me what the difference is between Normal Mapping, and just using a really good bump map? I dont really understand what it means to do a Normal Map. Or when it would be more relevent to use either. Thanks in advance for all who view and respond.
