I usually do still frame visuals but have just recently stepped into the world of animation and walkthroughs. My stills are fine it's once I start using an IR map from saved files that things go a bit wrong. As you can see from a low rez shot of a frame using an saved IR map (that I saved every 10th frame for a 200 frame v shrt animation) I get light spots everywhere. Really strange as when I don’t use an IR map that I have saved then the Image is fine. I have had this trouble before where I got a mottled effect from the IR map in my first attempt at an animation but I have resolved that only to come against these light spots (clear one problem only to get another, but that I suppose is always the way)

If anyone has any ideas it would be of great help. I'm not sure if its linked either with my glass material or my Vlight materials that are within the spots and where the blue lights are. The image and my IR map settings are below.

Thanks in advance people

My QMC Settings are 0.85, 0.005, Min 16, Gsubs 1.0
