View Full Version : XSI Illuminated?
Lunatique 02-05-2003, 05:08 PM I searched for this but didn't find any hits, so I'm asking:
I'm considering the XSI Illuminated books, and I'd like to know from people that have them what they think. Are they necessary when there's the online manual for version 3, and edharris.com? If I can learn everything without those books, I won't get them.

i would advise getting the xsi illuminated character book its very good indeed . but you will not learn everything from the manuals or web sites , its a good idea to fork out for some personnel training, which i would strongly recommend , because thats how your really going to pick up the application fast and correctly and also learn those tips and tricks which really come in handy !

Does the vast new features and improvements in Version 3 make the Iluminated books dated?
