Hi Nodixal! I've just seen your unfinished animation. And here are my comments...

Character A (blue man) ~

He's right hand seems to be floating. With the kind of position he's in, I don't think the elbow should be moving as often as the right hand. And I suggest that you constraint your left hand on the character's left cheek while he's in the leaning position. About the head, at first, I thought it was about to fall, since his left hand was sliding down while the head was moving towards his right side. You could improve this by keeping him focused on his right hand, so it would not look like his head was wondering around while he was writing. And also I'm sure you still can improve the movement of his head, when he looked at the telephone, by adding the right inbetween.

Character B (grey man) ~

You could improve his second action(falling from the vent) by loosening up his elbows. The moment he was sneaking, it seems that his shoulders were just swaying around. You could improve this by being aware on when to apply the ease in/out principle. Last is when he turned his head up. I think he should have been staring at character A all the time, based on how I read your character B's intention.
