It is nice that there are MAC specific modeler and render apps but this one smacks a lot of C4D, it weighs in at $99.

Anyone used this?

Old news, Cheetah is around for years now and i think it's mostly oriented to Maya not CINEMA, even though there is some likeness.

I like that Fractal Sponge. Says it was done with Javascript. Anyone have an idea how to create one of those in Cinema?

Haha It's like paint, but 3d :D

It does seem amazingly similair atleast interface wise, probably like a really cut down version of the program though.

No idea how to create it, but you may want to do a search for "Sierpinski Carpet". That'll get you closer to the maths behind it anyway. :)
