View Full Version : XSI v2.0 shipped!
Softimage.com just issued a statement that softimage xsi 2.0 has shipped!
It's too bad that there are no significant changes to the nurbs toolset. Softimage is really focusing on sub-d and animational systems.
Here's a link for anyone that's interested:

NURBS tools are coming. From what I know there will be realy good NURBS tools (some kind of industry NURBS modeler integration called Imageware Surfacer) but it takes more time to write them then poly ones.
P.S. my hand began to shake when I read about XSI v2 shipment at softimage.com :)
sorry for mistakes, my engish isn't very strong
Really? If Softimage integrated a complete set of nurbs tools into XSI, that would be great! I guess it's coming in version 2.5 or 3 perhaps?
Thanks for the info!
Grim
Oh btw - Your english is quite good! Don't worry =)
