View Full Version : Skeleton (joint) constraints?
Eudaimic 02-05-2003, 01:19 PM Hey,
I've set up my skeleton, set up my IK solvers, set up my skin, and everything is great.
Except I have no damn idea where I set up my joint constraints?!... Any suggestions? :)

Let me clarify, as there seems to be a discrepancy between what Maya and Max think constraints mean.
I mean the rotational constraints of the joints. So that the elbow is restricted to one axis, and a certain amount of degrees within that axis.

in the attrib editor of the joint:
limit information

DOH! :) Thanks a lot!!
BTW, a box pops up over the bone when I add 'limits'. What's that all about, and does it have to be there?
