View Full Version : Not sure where to put this but problem with streaming

hey i was just wondering if anyone could help me. I've just finished making my demo reel within adobe premiere and i want to export so that it will stream on a web page on my website. The only problem is i'm not sure how to do this and what settings to use to create a streaming video that is high quality and a very very small overall file size.

is quicktime best or realplayer or media player and which ever one is again could someone give me advice on the best compressor to use.
