hi , i'm getting a new pc but meanwhile waitting for shippment of the pc i bought the soundblaster creative elite pro.
my problem is that when i connect the sound card in the pc , when i turn on the pc it doesn't appear anything on the screen it stays black. i notice that taking it out the sound card and turning on the pc its appear in windows xp that new hardware is intalled.
but if i put back on the sound card again the monitor stays black.
motherboard is an Asrock P4Dual-915GL
soundcard crative elite pro.
the question is , what is failling the motherboard o the soundcard?
