Here i captured a screen shot from C4D Demo reel , how is possible to do this effects,
(I think) here merging 2 video clips one man water splash and ,boat move fotage , i want to discuss about this effect its possible to do in Aftereffects. is any plugin required?

well, if you saw this in the C4D demo reel its probably made with C4D.

cant see exactly what happens but im pretty sure that this thing on the right is a 3d model. you cant do things like that in AE, only cheating it is possible. but this will not look as half as good.

Ok, keep camera static (or motion controlled), shoot continuous shot of boat passing and man + water splash (giving time between the two to let the ripples settle), make a separate layer for the boat and man, make a tight mask for the man and water splash at the point where he freezes in time, sync & freeze frame the man layer ontop of the non-frozen boat layer, adjust till happy :)
